Bookings & Payments
Simply browse our property listings and click “Book Now.” You can book directly through our site for the best rates and instant confirmation.
We typically require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation, with the balance due closer to check-in. Long stays may qualify for flexible payment terms.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and MPESA. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Some properties may require a refundable deposit. This will be clearly stated before you confirm your booking.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We can often offer early check-in or late check-out — just ask!
Most of our properties offer self-check-in with a secure lockbox or smart lock. You’ll receive instructions before your stay.
Absolutely! Our on-site team is happy to welcome you in person or assist via phone/WhatsApp.
Property Features & Services
Yes, housekeeping is included for longer stays (usually weekly). Extra cleaning can be arranged on request.
All our homes include high-speed Wi-Fi and at least one dedicated workspace — perfect for remote workers or business travelers.
Yes, all properties come with secure parking — either within the compound or in a gated area.

Policies
Our standard policy offers a full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. For other cases, please contact us.
Definitely! Many of our homes are family-friendly, with plenty of space and safe outdoor areas.
Some properties are pet-friendly, but please confirm with us before booking.
All our homes are non-smoking indoors. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Karen is about 25–35 minutes from the CBD depending on traffic. It’s a peaceful residential area with easy access to shops, cafes, and nature.
Yes! We can help coordinate airport transfers for a small additional fee.
