By booking a stay at Arabella Suites, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all guests.
1. Booking & Payment
- All reservations must be made through our website or authorized booking channels.
- A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking.
- Payments can be made via credit card, or MPESA. All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES), unless otherwise stated.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.
- Valid identification may be required upon arrival.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must treat the property and its contents with care and respect.
- Noise levels should be kept low, especially during nighttime hours (10 PM – 7 AM).
- Smoking is not permitted indoors. Designated outdoor areas may be available.
- Parties or events are not allowed unless approved in writing by management.
5. Damage & Security Deposit
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
- A refundable security deposit may be required for certain bookings. This will be returned within 7 days of check-out, provided no damage is found.
6. Pets & Children
- Some properties are pet-friendly — please confirm before booking.
- Children are welcome, but parents/guardians are responsible for supervision at all times.
7. Internet & Utilities
- Wi-Fi and utilities are included in your stay unless otherwise noted.
- Outages may occur from time to time due to regional infrastructure issues beyond our control. We will always do our best to assist if issues arise.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Arabella Suites is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
- We are not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur due to guest negligence or misuse of property features.
9. Privacy
- We respect your privacy and handle all guest information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Amendments
Arabella Suites reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Guests will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
